One Point of Contact
You’ll have a dedicated project manager that handles all requests. They act as a liaison between review and technology teams, in-house and outside counsel, and a direct point of contact for all your questions.
Hands on, Always.
We assume direct oversight of our review projects. Team leadership operates under the direction of counsel, and review managers are present with the team, compiling metrics, sending reports, and directly performing quality control at all times.
Quality control, with an emphasis on quality.
We employ a proprietary and robust quality control system. It features multiple steps of redundant QC, and one dedicated QC attorney for every four review attorneys. It is designed to minimize the outside counsel’s spend on secondary review.

Daily Reports, no Surprises.
We send mobile friendly, daily reports of progress. You’ll see clear metrics outlining items reviewed, percentage completed, as well as ongoing guidance from counsel.
