So how does all this work?
STEP 1
This looks like hopping on a call with one of our recruiters so that we can get to know you, your history, and specialties better.
STEP 2
We’ll evaluate your resume, the way you present yourself and provide some quick feedback to set you up for success.
STEP 3
Once a job comes along that is the perfect fit for you, we will submit your resume for the job for evaluation by the client.
STEP 4
When the client accepts your submission, you’ll then have interviews with their internal team so that you can get a feel for the position.
STEP 5
Once the client sees you’re the perfect fit, we’ll then start onboarding. All of your paystubs and contacts will come from EA. We handle it all.
STEP 6
Once you’ve started your role, we’ll continue to check in and be an advocate on your behalf with the client when needed. There will be regular evaluations to make sure the role is a success for all parties involved.
STEP 7
Once you’ve completed the role with success, there’s a possibility that the in-house team can reup your contract or you can start the process over on the bench!
